Community Events on Our Grounds Throughout the Year
A 13-acre facility featuring a stage for musical performances and parties. The park offers picnic areas and a covered pavilion that is free to reserve with your visit. Schools may bring sports equipment for post-lunch activities on the grounds.
Whether you're planning a birthday party, a group outing, or just a day with the family, the park grounds provide plenty of space to relax and explore before or after your mine tour.
Monthly flea markets held the third Sunday of the month, May through October, on the Tour-Ed grounds. Browse antiques, collectibles, and unique finds from local vendors.
Pittsburgh's most unique birthday parties! The package includes a mine tour, the museum, on-grounds train ride for your guests, and you can reserve the pavilion to set up your birthday base.
